No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional but gives you quick access to your order history and saved details.
Order details can be found in your order confirmation email or within your account if you created one.
Delivery
We offer DPD UK tracked delivery. Most orders delivered within 2 working days. Available options and costs are shown at checkout.
Currently, we only deliver within the UK.
We use reliable tracked courier services such as DPD. Some postcode exclusions may apply.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order on the DPD website below.
Returns
You can return unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll provide return instructions.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us with photos and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
